WE ARE
Kanagawa Global Technologies is a spin-off of Global Automation Design and Technology (GAD&T).
GAD&T is an OEM for top Japanese Robot Manufactures, operating out of Wuhan China, known as the “Detroit of China”. In 2017, GAD&T bought an industrial parcel in Wuhan, China, and built a modern dual bay factory automation center. GAD&T programs, designs, builds, installs, operates, and maintains automated production lines utilizing industrial grade robots. Many of GAD&T production lines, installed in China, have been duplicated and shipped to sister manufacturing facilities around the world.
WHAT
WE DO
KanagawaGT founded by Hideki Jim Kanagawa, opened operations in Wuhan, China in 2018. The same year, KanagawaGT opened Kanagawa America, LLC temporary offices in California USA.
Hideki Jim Kanagawa is Chairman and CEO of both KanagawaGT and GAD&T. He is recognized as a leader and innovator in automated production line technologies in China. After 10 years as Director of Manufacturing and Automation for major automotive companies, Mr. Kanagawa opened his first privately held automated stamping plant in Wuhan in 2014, and sold it in 2016. In 2017 Mr. Kanagawa open GAD&T. GAD&T has grown to over 100 highly trained employees.
WHERE
Kanagawa Global Technologies (KanagawaGT) is currently operating a Technology Center in Wuhan, China, and has purchased a parcel of land in Nagoya, Japan to build its second Technology Center in 2019. KanagawaGT has targeted Boise, Idaho in the USA for the location of its third Technology Center, projected to open in 2020.
Kanagawa America, LLC was opened in the USA in 2018 under the Director of Operations Kevin J. Everett, to oversee the three corporate divisions scheduled to open in the USA prior to 2020. The three corporate divisions include KGT-A (Automation), KGT-AMB (Automated Modular Building), KGT-BM (Building Materials).

Kanagawa Global Technologies (KanagawaGT) will send key personal to the Modular Building Institute – MBI 2019 World Modular Trade Show, located at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 15 - 18.
