KGT-BM has three major goals, including as follows:

 

Goal 1

To building materials support for the development of the first Prototype Automated Modular Building Factory in the United States and China.

 

Goal 2

To provide building materials support for the design and fabrication of energy efficient/smart modules that can be integrated into homes, apartments, hotels, and commercial buildings.

 

Goal 3

To sign OEM agreements with building material manufacturers that are interested in having their products integrated into the automated production lines of the Prototype MBSF (Modular Building Systems Factories) in either the United States or China, or both.

 

IBS/NAHB Trade Show 2019

KGT-BM representatives met with many potential building material manufactures and suppliers during the recent las Vegas trade show. KGT-BM staff will be following up with those companies during the first two quarters of 2019. KGT-BM is in the process of creating a line card of approved products (existing OEM Agreement) for use in the MBS Factories. The number of product manufactures per line item will be very limited. Please contact us if you would like your products to be approved for our Product Line Card.

Exclusive Agent Agreements

KGT-BM is interested in becoming an exclusive agent for your products that will not be included in the MBS Factories. KGT-BM representative have a 25-year history of successfully setting up both wholesale and dealer building material networks in Japan and other Asian countries. Please contact us if we can represent your company in rolling out your products in either Japan or China.

 

Strategic Partnering

The is interested in in setting up a wholesale distribution network in Japan and China for your products. KGT-BM will set up a dealer network and manage all in country sales, marketing, and warranty service. KGT-BM operates entirely in English for our customers from the United States. This eliminates your companies need to speak either Chinese or Japanese, or to travel to either country to inspect factories or handle overseas negotiations. KGT-BM will take care of all coordination of in country shipping, duties, tariffs, custom brokerage fees, freight forwarding, and tracking services.
