The main goal of KGT-AMB is to transfer existing automated homebuilding technology to modular home building factories in the United States.

 

KGT-AMB is seeking a Joint Venture Partnership with an existing Modular Home Builder to fully automate their factory into a scalable Prototype. The scalability would be in units of 200 homes per year, up to 1000 homes per year factory size.

 

KGT will provide the planning, design, operation, and maintenance of the automated production lines and robotic systems for the Prototype Factory. The Joint Venture Partner must be able to provide the factory space to install the scalable Prototype.

 

The Joint Venture Partner must provide the construction specifications for the modular home building units, including single family homes, apartments, hotels, and commercial buildings.

 

The Prototype Factory will utilize steel frame 2 x 4 technology.

 

KGT brings to the Joint Venture previous experience in open panel 2 x 4 home building, production home building, plus design experience in automating Japanese home building factories. KGT principals were instrumental in transferring 2 x 4 home building technology to Japan 20 years ago. KGT principals were trained in trained as 2 x 4 framers and building material installation specialists, in addition to sales and distribution of building materials internationally. The Prototype Factories could be franchised or sold on an LLC basis in the United States and globally through the Joint Venture.
